Union Provisions on King Street is about to be revamped by chef and restaurant adviser Nathan Thurston. The spot will soon be relaunched as the Darling Oyster Bar. And while there might be quite a few raw bars on the peninsula already, Thurston promises that the Darling will offer something for everyone.
