The Charleston Area Regional Transit Authority (CARTA) wants more people to ride the bus, and in service of that mission they're adding free wi-fi to area buses. Verizon has enabled CARTA buses with their latest XLTE technology free of charge, providing an advantage for commuters who might otherwise choose to drive to work.
